It took them no less than 3 attempts to provide me with a tea pot and cup that were clean and not smelling of cleaning products. The cakes and scones were fine, but certainly nothing special, and no more fresh tasting than if they'd been bought from the supermarket. I would never return! I'd say the best cream teas are to be found in Devon and Cornwall, and the best afternoon tea I've had in London was at Claridge's. Everything was perfect-the tea, the scones, the jam. Faultless!
